Enduring Power of Attorney

An enduring power of attorney lets you choose, in advance, who may act on your behalf if you cannot make decisions in the future. We help you set it up clearly and responsibly.

What is an Enduring Power of Attorney?

It is a legal document that allows you to appoint one or more trusted people to make decisions for you if, at some point, you are no longer able to do so yourself. The goal is clarity: your wishes are documented, your instructions are specific, and your representatives know exactly what they may (and may not) do.

Common areas it can cover

Personal matters

Everyday personal decisions — living arrangements, support needs, and day-to-day wellbeing — based on your preferences.

Medical decisions

Health-related decisions and coordination, consistent with your values and any instructions you choose to include.

Financial affairs

Banking and financial management decisions, with safeguards and defined limits to reduce risk and avoid misunderstandings.
